When I buy something it does not let me exit and when I restart the game it shows that I didnt even buy anything so its rolled back. So I cannot buy upgrades or suits

I know this is going around a lot but can you please fix the wall glitch. The only way to kill the people using the glitch is to use a splash weapon and I dont want to always equip one with me so can you please fix it thanks :)

I love this game but I am getting sick and tired of all the times it keeps logging me off! If you guys dont fix this stupid problem soon Im done with this game!!!!!!

Im going to start off by saying this game is a great idea, and would be fun if not for all the issues. The matchmaking in the game is non-existent past lv. 2, pairing you against people 10-15 levels above you. For example I am level 10, and 2/3 of the time it pits me against level 22-24s, 1/3 with, half usually either with snipers or heroes, both which will almost one shot (snipers will) at this level. Next, the game areas have "glitches" in them, i.e. flying in the desert, or shooting through walls on bridges. The weapons are terribly unbalanced, with the semi-auto sniper one-shoting you (could just be that it one of the top tier guns, and once again, Im level 10). Other than this it is a great game to play!

I used to play this game all the time Im not saying its bad I would rate this a 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ but I had a really good account I bought lots of things and I bought a gem pack that costed $20.00 I started to play again and then MY WHOLE ACCOUNT WAS GONE I kept restarting it and restarting it to see if my game data would save but every single time I play now ALL my game data disappears so if I play now I lv up to like lets say 5 if I leave the game and join in again Ill be back to lv 1 with nothing PLZ trinity interactive you gotta help me I really really REALLY LOVE THIS GAME PLZ fix my game or the game so I can get my old data back or I can just play without it restarting all over again PLZ TRINITI INTERACTIVE
